HTC Touch?
OR

Sony Ericsson P1i?
Both have WiFi (apparently), both are smart phones.
HTC – Pros
1. Will display short note of events for the day.
2. Looks more stylo-milo as compared to the business looking P1i.
3. No keypad.
4. Interface looks sleeker than the P1i.
5. Comes in 4 colours as compared to P1i’s one single colour.
6. Running on Windows.
HTC – Cons
1. No keypad.
2. Camera only 2 megapixels as compared to P1i.
3. Not so high confidence in the brand. For me lah.
Sony Ericsson – Pros
1. High confidence in the brand, ever since using the K800i, I’ve been a Sony Erisson fan.
2. Got keypad, but looks like it’ll take a while to get used to.
3. Camera 3.2 megapixels, cool!
4. Quite compact, it’s actually thin.
Sony Ericsson – Cons
1. Cannot display events for the day.
2. Interface not as nice as HTC’s.
3. Looks so business-like.
*************************************************************************
I’m buggered by the 2 megapixel camera on HTC, but actually I have a 8.1 megapixel T20, so I don’t know what I’m whining about.
Although I’m not too sure if I’m happy with the 100% touchscreen point.
Ever since using the LG Viewty, I’ve been rather turned off SMS-ing because it’s sometimes quite difficult to tap the right keys. And I can’t do it while driving (of course I don’t do it all the time, only when waiting for the traffic lights to change) because I have to look at whether I’m tapping the right keys.
Well, then again, if I can get used to the LG Viewty, I can get used to any other phone.
So I think I’ll get the P1i. Even though it doesn’t display the events I have for the day, that’s a major setback. But still, I’d rather have an SE than a HTC. Anyday.
Ok, I’m getting the P1i! Yay!
Once the $$ gets into my account. Teehee.
*post note - maybe I should just wait and see how cheap the iphone will be when it comes. ha. PRUDENCE!
and all purchasing plans are shelved until further notice. blah.
